California’s diverse climate and geography provide farmers with many crop options, but what’s grown is largely driven by market and industry interests. In order to make grain-growing a viable option, it is necessary to gather as much information as possible so the right decisions are made regarding seed selection, cultivation practices, equipment, etc. This page contains notes from the small grains field day that the Campaign organized in the spring of 2017.
